Bruins pick up '92 defenceman

The Bruins have added a little more experience to their blueline this week with the acquisition of 1992-born defenceman Ryan Crosson.

The Minnesota native had come to Estevan in August for the team's conditioning camp before joining the Salmon Arm Silverbacks. Things didn't work out there, so now he's returned to the Bruins.

Crosson was recommended to the Bruins through scouts in Minnesota. Keith described him as a good skater and puck mover although he hasn't seen him in game action.

He added that the team is sticking with 15 forwards and eight defencemen at least through the weekend.
